Like most people my age, I expect to start at the bottom and work my way up. I thrive in challenging environments and love the idea of creating something out of almost nothing.

As a lifestyle journalist for Malaysia Tatler, I wrote features, organised photoshoots and covered events. I also handled the concierge section of the magazine as well as some creative buys. In addition to that, I also contributed to Malaysia Tatler Weddings and Malaysia Tatler Homes.

Prior to being a lifestyle writer, I worked as a journalist at the WA regional newspaper Esperance Express. It was my first taste of community news and I really enjoyed making my rounds and seeing regular faces in town.

As editor of Colosoul's e-zine, I often worked with a designer to determine the look of the online magazine each month. It taught me a lot about striking the perfect balance between text and image.
